ISO 9001 (NEN-EN-ISO 9001) is a certification system for quality assurance regarding design, development, manufacture, assembly of products and services including aftercare. To assess whether your quality system complies with the guidelines, the SKG-IKOB audit team will conduct an admission test, or an audit. Based on the results of this audit, it is determined whether your company can be certified.
SKG-IKOB particularly looks at the relation between the requirements of the ISO 9001 standard and your organisation's policy, your employees’ competence, implementation and control of product quality.
