Who inspects SKG-IKOB?

SKG-IKOB tests and inspects your designs, products, processes and systems. If your product or service passes our inspection, SKG-IKOB will issue a report, approval or certificate. But this isn't worth the paper it's written on unless SKG-IKOB itself is competent. Only then will your report, approval or certificate be a useful, reliable instrument. So SKG-IKOB itself is inspected by the Dutch Accreditation Council (RvA), and is recognized as a Notified Body (NoBo 0960).

For which criteria is SKG-IKOB inspected?

Accreditation is based on a series of national (NEN), European (EN) and international (ISO and IEC) standards. These standards focus on:

• expertise
• independence
• impartiality

SKG-IKOB accreditation

SKG-IKOB has NEN-EN-ISO/IEC 17065 (C003 / C003 ) and NEN-EN-ISO/IEC 17021 (C063 / C063 ) and EN ISO/IEC 17020 (I332 / I332 ) accreditation from the Dutch Accreditation Council (RvA).

In addition, SKG-IKOB’s laboratory activities have NEN-EN-ISO/IEC 17025 (L406 / L406 )  accreditation to carry out various tests.
